When sending an e-prescription, please send a valid NDC number and product description. If an NDC number is not available in your system, please send ‘SUPPLY’ in the Product Code field, with a description of the item in the Product Description field. If an NDC number is not in your product database but is listed on Better Living Now’s website or catalog, it may be entered in the Note field.
