Better Living Now, Inc. is contracted with Medicare and New York State Medicaid for the provision of durable medical equipment and supplies. In addition, we are a preferred provider for HIP Health Plan of New York, MagnaCare, MultiPlan, and a list of other insurance providers. Where possible, Better Living Now, Inc. will work with your health insurance provider and submit your insurance claims for you reducing your paper work and out-of-pocket expense. We will contact your insurance and verify benefits and eligibility and communicate the result of that contact to you before processing your order request.
Better Living Now has earned an Accreditation from BOC
Emergency "On Call" Staff During Non-Office Hours During on-call hours, you can leave a voice mail on our emergency system and our staff will be paged immediately. The patient will be contacted within 30 minutes by a supervisor, respiratory therapist, or a service technician as deemed necessary by our HME manager.
