Better Living Now delivers the supplies prescribed by your provider directly to your home or alternate location of your choice with no up-front or out-of-pocket expense. If you have a deductible or co-payment, that’s all your responsible for and our team will notify you.

Our Care Coordinators may contact you as a reminder to re-order your supplies. Although, when you are enrolled in this program, you’ll get an e-mail refill reminder to place your order instantly via our website. We Care and want to ensure that you have the prescribed supplies you need.

Easy Ordering of Your Supplies Via Our Website:

After you find the products you require, click whether you’d like to “Pay Now” via credit card or “Bill to Insurance” and our team will submit to your insurance plan for approval (Commercial plans, Medicare, and Medicaid). If you have secondary insurance, please include those details as well.

When you’re checking out, don’t forget to submit your required insurance plan details /payment information as we will need this to complete your order.

If written prescriptions are required from your providers, there are a few options:

1. Request our Better Living Now team to contact your provider for required prescriptions and they will complete your order for you.
2. E-mail your prescription to orders@betterlivingnow.com.
3. Print an Order Form and include all your contact, insurance card, and payment information to be mailed to us with the supplies your provider is prescribing.

Refilling in the future is simple. Just log in to your account and select the items you want refilled and we take it from them.
